Each Roe Deer Venison Meat Box includes:
- 1 x Roe Deer Loin + Fillet ( Minimum 350g)
- 1 x Venison Roe Deer Haunch Roast (Minimum 1.2 Kg / Feeds 6-8)
- 2 x 500g Roe Deer Steak Diced
- 2 x 500g Venison Steak Mince
This selection of delicious Roe Deer meats is sourced from free-roaming Scottish deer herds. Naturally lean and bursting with rich flavour, our Meat Box is the perfect start to introducing Scottish Wild Venison to your diet: use the mince for spaghetti bolognaise or lasagne, diced steak for stews or casseroles and the roasts & steaks just as you would other red meats!
Our Roe Deer Venison Meat Box is prepared fresh by our butchery team in Aberdeenshire, just for you. The venison is ready for cooking on delivery, or suitable for freezing.
