‘CLICK & COLLECT’
Preparation & Delivery Days
Your order will be prepared fresh, just for you and we will use the most recently harvested venison available. This means that all our products are suitable for you to freeze at home.
We prepare our online orders once per week for shipping the next day. This allows us to keep our stock fresh and give you the best possible quality.
Our current schedule is despatching orders on a Thursday for delivery on a Friday. We will try to accommodate other delivery dates if you send us a message request.
Packaging
Your goods will be prepared with the appropriate packaging for your goods to arrive in good condition. Don’t worry if the frozen gel packs are defrosted – this means that they have done their job of keeping your goods as cool as possible. We endeavour to use recyclable packaging wherever possible but won’t risk your goods being in poor condition when delivered, so at warmer times of the year we use polystyrene. Please re-use these boxes wherever possible – they’re great for keeping shopping cold or in the garden.
Delivery Service Provider & Charges
We use the Royal Mail to post our parcels, and you will receive notifications from them about your delivery service. Their service is very easy to use and update with a ‘safe delivery space’, if you’re going to be away from home on your delivery day.
You can also arrange delivery to your workplace or to a neighbour or friend if it’s more convenient, at no extra charge. Just ensure that you make this your ‘Delivery Address’ for your order.
Our current delivery charge is £9.95 for up to 20 Kg of goods, so it’s a great opportunity to fill the freezer & get great value.
Please note that delivery dates may be affected by public and bank holidays, but we will contact you should this affect your order.
Click & Collect
We offer a Click & Collect service at Unit 3, Balmacassie Industrial Estate, Ellon, AB41 9RD each Friday. Please select ‘Local Pickup’ option in your ‘Cart’. ‘Click & Collect’ is each Friday between 10am & 12 noon, but can be at alternative times by agreement.
We also offer a 15% discount for Click & Collect orders which we can offer due to reduced packaging costs and the amount that we subsidise each delivery postage charge.
Please bring a bag when collecting your order as the packs will be loose in a tray, ready for you to collect.
